When working in Real estate, often we find ourselves assisting people during major milestones in their lives. Today was one of those days…

We closed on a sale between two single women, one at the beginning of their career, the other moving towards the end. The buyer has been living at her parents home these last few years saving for a downpayment to buy her own condo in downtown Walnut Creek.

The seller has been in her condo for over 20 years, and is ready to move to Rossmoor. As we were reviewing the multiple offers we had, when the seller heard the story of this young woman, she decided to not even counter her offer, accepting it as initially submitted. Her reasoning? “Sometimes karma is more important than money.” ❤️❤️❤️

Thank you to the two of you for letting us share in this moment in your lives!
