Background:
Mr. Thomas has an MBA, is a Veteran, and comes from a strong residential construction background through his family who has been a home builder in the Sacramento Valley for decades. He has been involved in the design and construction of single family and multi family homes and has served as an architectural consultant and construction manager to several Bay Area communities. Mr. Thomas has been involved in real estate since 2001 serving in capacities of residential sales and sales management, as well as market analysis, project feasibility studies, and strategic planning.
He bought his first home in Walnut Creek in 1982 and currently lives in a 1930’s Cottage in the downtown area ( with a Walk Score of 93!)
HOA Positions:
He has served on multiple HOA Boards, and held the positions of President, Vice-President, and has been the Chairman of each of the typical major committees including: the Architecture, the Landscaping and the Maintenance committees.
Family:
His son was a sergeant in the US Marine Corps and recently graduated from Georgetown University. He also has a Westie named Jenny.
In His Spare time…
You’ll see him regularly riding around town in his 1968 Jaguar E-type or on his electric Bike
or he might be sailing. He currently owns a classic wooden yacht designed in 1933.
